Holiday Hosting Made Easy In Three Steps

It was our Little Turkey's first Thanksgiving and we were so excited to count our extra little blessing this year. The baby is SO active, growing stronger and just about ready to crawl. We are speaking he walks by Christmas but we shall see. Even though our home is busier than ever, it was important for me to make this time of year special. Holiday hosting does not have to be stressful, I promise. No matter how busy you are during this time of year, rest assured you can create a memorable holiday experience by focusing on these three elements.
One. Host like a pro and elevate your serving experience with these Chafing Dishes. The ones I recommend are easy to set up and are a beautiful way to display your menu. It looks a million times better than regular foil pans and clean up is easy. Cooking may be the most time consuming thing you do but once you're done, place your food in the chafing dishes, light a Sterno and off you go to be a fabulous host.

Second. Fresh flowers. If your holiday decor is already up, great! If not, no worries. I believe less is more and nothing beats a nice vase (or two or three) of fresh flowers to enhance the atmosphere and elevate your dining experience. Whether you have them delivered or grab them from your favorite grocer, fresh flowers are a must.

Third. Let's tie it all together with a signature cocktail. You can personalize one or chose your favorite cocktail (or mocktail) but let's get a fancy glass and let's make it memorable for you and your guests. This year, we went with a Red, White & Merry (cranberry, orange and ginger) topped with Sprite and it was oh so good.

There you have it. Holiday hosting made easy. Don't sweat the small stuff, be present and enjoy making memories with your loved ones. Here are a few more moments from our Thanksgiving.

Thanks for visiting. Grateful to our readers and wishing you all a beautiful holiday season!
Okay great bye!
